Hayley practised as an attorney for five years, appearing in courts across South Africa and working in forums including the CCMA. She then built more than eleven years of experience in corporate legal and compliance roles, including work within multinational business environments.
That combined experience gives HBCCS a strong foundation for helping employers understand both the legal requirement and the practical workplace reality.
